1. Use of the Service

You must:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the service lawfully

• Attempt to reverse engineer the app
• Circumvent security or access controls
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Choons a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote it as part of the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4. Payments, FastPass, and Digital Goods

Certain features (including FastPass and in-app coins) may be purchased within the app.

All purchases:

• Are final unless otherwise required by law
• Are subject to platform refund policies (Apple App Store, Google Play)
• Are non-transferable

5. Host Services

If you use Choons as a karaoke host, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event information
• Manage your queue fairly and responsibly
• Comply with all applicable laws and venue policies

Event earnings collected through the app are subject to platform and payment processing fees.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the service or other users.

7. Disclaimer

Choons is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hairy Candy LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hairy Candy LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
